Job summary

Waste Management is seeking a Hospital Services Technician to travel between healthcare facilities, performing on-site collection and exchange of waste containers for WMHS programs, including Sharps, Pharmaceuticals, and Documentation services.

You will work a 30-hour, full-time schedule on the day shift, interact professionally with facility staff, maintain a strict service calendar, and comply with safety and immunization requirements while reporting duty status as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years industry related experience in a customer service capacity preferred or equivalent experience
• Must demonstrate strong communication skills and tact in providing customer service
• Valid Driver's License required

Responsibilities

• Travel between healthcare facilities to collect and exchange waste containers for WMHS programs
• Interact professionally with onsite facility staff to meet service expectations
• Maintain a rigid collection and service schedule and report duty status
• Perform other duties as assigned
