Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Site Manager 5 for healthcare facilities services in Lexington, KY. You will lead facilities operations across two sites, driving safety, regulatory compliance, and reliable service.

The role requires 5+ years in facility management or maintenance supervision, budget and personnel responsibilities, and proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and CMMS. You will engage with C-suite stakeholders and deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision experience.
• Managerial experience with proven budget and personnel responsibilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS SharePoint.
• Computer proficiency with CMMS/work order systems.
• Ability to meet client expectations for leadership presence, including meeting with C-suite stakeholders and demonstrating daytime leadership effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for facilities management, partnering with the Regional Manager and Account Director to deliver quality facility management services.
• Supervise and direct plant operations teams, ensuring Maintenance, Financial, CMMS, Safety, and Regulatory Compliance programs are executed efficiently.
• Maintain working knowledge and ensure compliance with the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and related amendments/appendices guiding service delivery.
• Own operational facilities spending performance by monitoring budgets and supporting financial reporting and outcomes.
• Track KPI/SLA performance for Plant Operations/Engineering Services and recommend action plans when performance falls below expectations.
