The role requires 5+ years in facility management or related supervision, budget responsibilities, and strong client-facing communication, including interactions with C-suite stakeholders. Onsite with daytime hours.

• Proficiency in MS Office and MS SharePoint.
• Computer proficiency with CMMS/work order systems.
• Ability to lead with strong communication and client-facing presence at C-suite level.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for facilities management and support Regional Manager and Account Director.
• Supervise plant operations teams and ensure programs for maintenance, financials, CMMS, safety and regulatory compliance run smoothly.
• Maintain knowledge of MSA and amendments guiding client relationship.
• Own operational facilities spending and support budgeting and reporting.
• Track KPI/SLA trends and propose action plans when performance lags.

Pay Range: $40 to $43

What's the Job?

• Serve as the single point of contact for facilities management, supporting the Regional Manager and the Account Director to deliver quality facility management services.
• Supervise and direct plant operations teams, ensuring Maintenance, Financial, CMMS, Safety, and Regulatory Compliance programs run efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain working knowledge and ensure compliance with the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and relevant amendments/appendices that guide the client relationship.
• Own operational facilities spending performance by tracking financial results, adhering to established budgets, and supporting reporting.
• Track KPI/SLA performance trends and recommend action plans when Plant Operations/Engineering Services fall below expectations (MSA-driven).
