Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle for Greenfield, WI, seeks an Engineering Services Specialist to lead a healthcare facility maintenance team. You will supervise maintenance staff, oversee preventive maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance with minimal operational disruption.

Required: high school diploma plus two years of trade schooling or apprenticeship in HVAC/electrical/plumbing, 5+ years healthcare facility maintenance, and a valid US driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and two years of trade/vocational schooling or apprenticeship.
• Multi-skilled in at least two crafts (HVAC, fluids, mechanical, welding, electrical).
• Knowledge of regulatory surveys and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct maintenance staff to complete service requests with minimal disruption.
• Implement and oversee preventative maintenance scheduling and task delegation.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform root-cause analysis to restore operation.
• Train maintenance staff on tools, safety, and procedures.
• Oversee contracted work, ensure timely performance and proper documentation.
• Maintain inventory and manage vendors for parts and services.
