You'll own healthcare construction on-site, navigate HCAI/OSHPD regulatory requirements, coordinate trades, schedules, and site performance from the ground up, while keeping pace with GC urgency and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong experience with HCAI/OSHPD projects and requirements.
• Comfort with the urgency of a General Contractor work environment.
