Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
  • Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience supporting construction projects, preferably in healthcare or occupied environments.
  • Experience with healthcare construction regulations and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Support General Contractor procurement, RFQs and RFPs for construction projects.
  • Coordinate weekly construction progress meetings and document minutes, decisions, and actions.
  • Manage logs for site activities, safety, inspections, and cost-related actions.
  • Assist with cost control, look-ahead schedules, and risk identification.
  • Conduct site walks and document observations; escalate safety or quality issues.
  • Assist with change orders, RFI processing, and project closeout activities.
