Job summary

Stanford Health Care in the Bay Area is seeking a Construction Manager to lead healthcare construction projects from planning through closeout. You will coordinate with Facilities Planning, Design, Activation and Operations while managing RFIs, submittals, schedules, budgets, and safety programs.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, risk management, and clear communication with leadership and diverse stakeholders on scope, schedule and cost.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction/project management experience, ideally in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Experience around OSHPD/HCAI projects strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of PMWeb, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, MS Office and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day construction execution across multiple projects from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate with Facilities Planning, Design, Engineering, Activation and Operations.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, schedules, budgets, and site logistics.
• Drive safety programs including ICRA, PCRA, and ILSM with EHS.
• Communicate project performance and risks to leadership; maintain schedule integrity.
