Midjourney is seeking a Procurement Associate to own procurement for the Hardware team in a fast-moving, on-site setting in San Francisco. You will manage vendor relationships, process POs, coordinate invoices, and support logistics to keep the team operating smoothly as it scales.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain coordination.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and purchase orders end-to-end.
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement platforms (Netsuite, Bill, Ramp, or similar).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage vendor relationships and records.
• Verify invoices against POs and contracts before approval.
• Track delivery timelines and resolve delays with vendors.
• Own end-to-end purchasing for the Hardware team.
• Provide administrative support and logistics coordination.
• Coordinate procurement needs with the Hardware team and prioritize requests.
• Assist with supplier evaluation and quotes for components and services.
• Assist with inventory tracking and accruals during month-end close.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement workflows and tools.
