This hands-on operator-builder role emphasizes improving operating models with systems, AI-enabled processes, and data-driven controls. Based in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid model and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in procurement operations, P2P, or hardware-driven supply chain roles.
• Strong understanding of fiscal controls, accounting-adjacent practices, and audit-ready docs.
• Experience coordinating with Finance, Legal, Security, and AP teams.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement operations outcomes for assigned hardware teams as the key DRI.
• Redesign workflows and routing to scale hardware procurement without headcount growth.
• Lead end-to-end procurement from request intake to PO creation and supplier coordination.
• Ensure POs are complete, policy-aligned, and supported by clean data.
• Build scalable workflows, automations, and dashboards with SOPs and playbooks.
• Escalate risks early and drive resolution as primary ops escalation point.
