The Procurement Associate is responsible for owning procurement and purchasing operations for the Hardware team end-to-end: from sourcing and vendor management through purchase order processing, invoice coordination, and administrative support. This role works closely with reports to the Manager of Finance & G&A Operations and works closely with the Hardware and Software teams. The Procurement Associate will also support the day-to-day administrative needs of the Hardware team, ensuring operations run smoothly as the team scales. The candidate must be self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of operating independently in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. This is a full-time, on-site position based in San Francisco, CA.
