Job summary

Equity Staffing Group is seeking an on-site Hardware Deployment Specialist in Minneapolis. The role manages lifecycle, provisioning, logistics, and deployment of all company-issued end-user hardware, including laptops, iPads, and mobile devices. Central hub for device imaging and shipping logistics.

You will serve as the Tier 2/3 hardware escalation point for break-fix support and work a 40-hour week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, on-site at the Minneapolis office.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in IT Desktop Support, Endpoint Engineering, or IT Logistics Management.
• High proficiency in Windows 10/11, iOS/iPadOS.
• Experience with provisioning tools: Microsoft Intune/MEM, Apple Business Manager, Jamf.
• Familiarity with high-performance workstations (CAD/Revit) and GPU driver management.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Deployment & Logistics: Device setup imaging, quality-testing, and shipping to team members.
• Shipping & Tracking: Track shipments, provide tracking details, resolve delays.
• Asset Reclamation: Retrieve hardware from departing employees and arrange return shipping.
• Tier 2/3 Break-Fix: Escalation point for hardware issues; coordinate warranty repairs.
