Job summary

WSS Greenbrier in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Guest Services Ambassador 2 (GSA 2) to deliver flawless front desk service and maintain 24/7 on-site operations. The role requires living in the hotel and working four front desk shifts (Mon–Thu) plus two on-call overnight shifts (Mon–Tue).

This is a high-responsibility, on-site position with strict housing compliance. You will handle front desk administration, guest satisfaction, safety procedures, and revenue-support activities while coordinating

Qualifications

• Must be able to live in the hotel.
• Front desk experience is preferred.
• Ability to respond to emergencies calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage check-ins, move-outs, reservations, and guest communications.
• Coordinate front desk operations and respond to guest service calls.
• Inspect spaces daily and act according to safety procedures during emergencies.
• Support lead generation and maximize revenue through upselling and service excellence.
