AIR Communities is hiring a Groundskeeper to work onsite at the Emory Point community in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on maintaining appearance and safety while supporting maintenance tasks and move-ins.

Qualifications

Prior porter/groundskeeper or maintenance helper experience preferred.
Strong reliability and attendance history.
Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, including walkways and common spaces.
Pick up litter, sweep, blow, and pressure wash as needed.
Empty trash receptacles and assist with dumpster area upkeep.
Monitor the community daily and report maintenance or safety issues.
Assist maintenance with basic tasks such as changing light bulbs and minor repairs.
Help prepare apartments for move-ins, including basic cleaning and trash removal.
Support seasonal projects and community upkeep initiatives.
Work closely with on-site maintenance and management teams; interact with residents and vendors.
