Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking a Community Housekeeping/Grounds team member at Dwell at Carmel in Charlotte, NC. You will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to keep the community looking its best and meet operational standards.

Qualifications

• Maintain community cleanliness to meet appearance standards.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor to ensure operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor in completing tasks that ensure the community meets appearance and operational standards.
• Responsible for cleanliness and curb appeal of the community including grounds, amenities, exteriors, leasing office, parking areas and other common areas.
• Assist in preparation of vacant apartments for move-in and resident service requests as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
