Pegasus Residential is seeking a community housekeeping/groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and curb appeal of our residential community on-site in Jacksonville, FL. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure standards across grounds, amenities, exteriors, leasing office, and parking areas.

Responsibilities include preparing vacant apartments for move-in and handling resident service requests as directed. The role offers full-time on-site work and opportunities for advancement.
