Responsibilities include cleaning apartments prior to new residents, maintaining common areas, stripping/waxing hallways, cleaning laundry rooms, and handling trash and windows. Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Familiarity with the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to read the English language.

Responsibilities

• Abides by Fair Housing Laws.
• Thoroughly cleaning apartments prior to new residents moving in, including living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens.
• Stripping and waxing hallways.
• Cleaning laundry rooms, offices, maintenance shops, clubhouse, and all common areas.
• Cleans up trash in common areas.
• Clean windows, doors, and furnishings.
