Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC in Orlando, FL is seeking a Community Housekeeping/Grounds position to maintain the community’s cleanliness and curb appeal, including grounds, amenities, and common areas.

You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor to complete tasks, assist in preparing vacant apartments for move-ins, and address resident service requests, within a fast-paced, enthusiastic environment. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive pay and potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in property maintenance or housekeeping.
• Ability to work with Maintenance Supervisor and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor in completing tasks that ensure the community meets appearance and operational standards.
• Responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community including grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other common areas of the community.
• Assist in the preparation of vacant apartments for move-in by new residents, and in completing resident requests for service as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
