Emerge Living is seeking an on-site Groundskeeper in Cascade Apartments, Austin, TX. The role supports maintenance staff and the service manager to ensure the grounds and exterior areas are well-kept and inviting for residents.

Responsibilities include landscape upkeep, basic make-readies, and delivering friendly service to residents. The position requires outdoor work, flexibility for evenings or weekends, and the ability to operate common maintenance tools.

Competenze

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be willing to work evenings or weekends (on call).
• Be able to take direction in English or Spanish.
• Be professional and courteous.
• High school diploma or GED – Preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Office Suite.

Mansioni

• Maintain overall upkeep of community landscape and exterior areas including driveways, parking lots, and common spaces.
• Provide world-class customer service to residents in a friendly and professional manner.
• Perform make-ready tasks and assist in preparing units for new residents.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and document all activities for residents and supervisors.
• Operate maintenance tools such as mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems.
• May lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather.
