Job summary

Emerge Living is seeking an experienced Groundskeeper to maintain landscaping and exterior areas at our Austin communities. You will work closely with the service manager and office staff to ensure a well‑kept, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

The role requires on‑site work, physical stamina, and the ability to operate maintenance tools. Prior experience in property maintenance and comfort with English/Spanish communication are a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to work evenings or weekends (on call) in case of an emergency.
• Be able to take direction in English or Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the community landscape and exterior areas, including driveways, parking lots, and common spaces.
• Provide world‑class customer service to residents in a friendly, professional manner.
• Perform make-ready tasks and routine maintenance as directed by management.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and document activities.
• Collaborate with maintenance team and contractors to ensure quality and safety.
