Job summary

Alutiiq Solutions, LLC seeks an Operations Manager to lead facilities management under a DOS/IDOS contract. The role requires in-person supervision, strategic oversight, and compliance with safety and environmental standards across a domestic portfolio.

Experience includes 15+ years in facilities management, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with government stakeholders. This position is on-site with no remote work.

Qualifications

• Associates' degree or equivalent in O&M/support or facilities management.
• Top Secret Security Clearance.
• 15+ years in project or facilities management.
• In-person supervision at DOS facilities; no remote work.

Responsibilities

• Authorize staff and resources to ensure continuous facility operations.
• Develop the PMP outlining planning, risk, and sustainability strategies.
• Oversee the Operations Management Office for PMO tasks and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and safety standards.
• Manage contractor personnel and maintain EHS training programs.
• Coordinate with COR and stakeholders to prioritize tasks.
• Use ERPS to track metrics, assets, and maintenance reporting.
• Lead monthly reviews with government stakeholders on KPIs and safety.
• Plan staffing to meet 85%-100% staffing within 90 days.
• Develop and implement QCP and OSHA programs; ensure AQL compliance.
• Support environmental, energy, and technical assessments as needed.
