Job summary

Alutiiq Solutions, LLC is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to support facility operations for the DoS under the CFS Task Order. You will perform PM/CM on building systems, troubleshoot issues, and execute work orders in Maximo to ensure safe, reliable facility operations.

The role requires 3–5 years of facilities maintenance experience, a high school diploma, EPA 608 certification, and a secret clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Secret security clearance required.
• 3–5 years of facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Process work orders in Maximo with accurate documentation and timely completion.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to restore system functionality.
• Inspect facility systems and identify deficiencies for corrective action.
• Assist with minor repairs (carpentry, drywall, painting) to maintain building condition.
• Support critical equipment uptime to meet mission requirements.
• Follow Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles to optimize asset performance.
• Adhere to safety procedures and Department of State policies.
• Coordinate with Work Control to schedule and execute maintenance tasks.
• Provide after-hours or on-call support as needed.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas.
• Assist with inventory tracking and materials management.
