Job summary

Alutiiq Solutions, LLC is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to support facility operations for the DoS under the CFS Task Order. You will perform PM/CM on building systems, troubleshoot issues, and execute work orders in Maximo to ensure safe, reliable facility operations.

The role requires 3–5 years of facilities maintenance experience, a high school diploma, EPA 608 certification, and a secret clearance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Secret security clearance required.
3–5 years of facilities maintenance experience preferred.
EPA 608 Certification required.
Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems desirable.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment.
Process work orders in Maximo with accurate documentation and timely completion.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment to restore system functionality.
Inspect facility systems and identify deficiencies for corrective action.
Assist with minor repairs (carpentry, drywall, painting) to maintain building condition.
Support critical equipment uptime to meet mission requirements.
Follow Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles to optimize asset performance.
Adhere to safety procedures and Department of State policies.
Coordinate with Work Control to schedule and execute maintenance tasks.
Provide after-hours or on-call support as needed.
Maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas.
Assist with inventory tracking and materials management.
