Job summary

Alutiiq, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the contractor's labor force and deploy resources to meet comprehensive facility support requirements. You will manage day-to-day O&M activities for large facilities, coordinating staff and resources to ensure safe, efficient, and quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities include directing staff, scheduling resources, and ensuring contract compliance while maintaining proactive communications with client representatives.

Qualifications

• Top Secret Clearance required.
• Associate's degree or equivalent training/certification in O&M or Facilities Management.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in related O&M support services and/or Facilities Management.

Responsibilities

• Resource and Labor Management: Direct, schedule, and dispatch staff and resources to meet contract requirements.
• Service Delivery Oversight: Ensure contract and task order compliance through active supervision and reporting.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with client representatives to ensure consistent and responsive service.
