Alutiiq Logistics and Maintenance Services, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to support HMX-1 and DISA BOS at JBAB, DC. You will lead the PM team, ensure technical, cost, and schedule performance, and interact with government personnel on-site during regular hours and within one hour after hours.

The role requires strong facility management and maintenance services expertise, with a focus on compliance and safety across multiple regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience managing a workforce on complex contracts.
• Experience with government contracts and security clearances.
• US citizenship and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Exercise full authority to act on all contract matters.
• Lead the project management team to ensure contract requirements are met.
• Ensure technical, cost, and schedule performance goals are achieved.
• Be on-site during government hours and respond within one hour after hours.
• Act as primary point of contact with the Government.
