Trackman is seeking a passionate Customer Success Manager to support Golf Driving Range and Commercial Indoor customers across Sweden and Finland. You will work on-site at client facilities, collaborating with Sales, Marketing and customers to ensure successful launches, adoption and ongoing value.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Swedish and English; Finnish a plus.
• Sales, marketing or customer-facing support experience in golf or sports.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably on-site.
• Willingness for regional and occasional international travel.

Responsabilités

• Assist commercial customers in planning and execution of launches and operations.
• Educate on-site staff on Trackman software and Administrative Tools.
• Build our community of operators through events and workshops.
• Conduct regular meetings and updates with owners and staff at each venue.
• Train customers after installation on Trackman product aspects.
• Support marketing initiatives and materials for launches and ongoing campaigns.
• Arrange regional events for venue owners to network and share best practices.
• Collect success stories and feedback to support future sales.
• Lead referral programs for operators to expand venues.
