Job summary

Friends Forever International seeks a dedicated Program Manager to design, deliver, and evaluate youth leadership programs across New Hampshire and beyond. This on-site role requires hands-on engagement with participants, weekend work, and extensive travel, including international sites.

You will own curricula, manage alumni facilitators, coordinate with education departments, and report on impact metrics. A bachelor’s degree and NH teaching certification are preferred; robust leadership and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in program management, curriculum development, youth engagement, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Active teaching certification in NH or another state.
• Must reside in NH or southern Maine upon hire.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including international travel.
• On-site position with no remote workFlexibility.
• Must pass criminal background check and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Own and evaluate youth and alumni leadership programs with curricula design and materials.
• Oversee overnight residential programs and mentor participants.
• Travel nationally and internationally to deliver programs and workshops.
• Analyze program metrics and prepare reports for senior leadership.
• Develop and refine curricula; align with state education standards.
