Responsibilities

• Shipment execution, coordination, and quality compliance to ensure timely service.
• Active monitoring of milestones, dashboards, and exception queues; escalate delays.
• Resolve issues and implement continuous improvement via daily stand-ups and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Agents, stations, and support teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records in systems and reports.
