The role combines direction, oversight, and risk management to ensure safety standards, policies, and project execution are followed. You will manage day-to-day field construction, lead multiple superintendents, coordinate with partners, monitor costs and schedules, and champion a culture of safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years in a superintendent or senior field leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Ability to lead large field teams and coordinate multiple sites.
• Extensive knowledge of drawings, layouts, and bids for civil, structural, and architectural work.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide field leadership and oversight of field operations and safety.
• Manage day-to-day field construction, budgets, and productivity metrics.
• Lead meetings and coordinate with preconstruction, project management, and leadership teams.
• Oversee subcontractor performance to meet quality, schedule, and safety objectives.
• Maintain records, certifications, and drive risk management initiatives.
