Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Experience managing multiple commercial projects and teams.
• Active OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in preconstruction activities, job walks, and project planning meetings.
• Review project plans, contracts, permits, and scope throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop and manage jobsite logistics plans for efficient operations.
• Coordinate daily construction activities to meet safety and schedule targets.
• Lead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and review upcoming work.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates in project software.
