Cody Vermette Group, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent - Ground Up Commercial Construction for on-site leadership. The role oversees field teams, schedules, safety, and quality to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of ground-up commercial experience, OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and strong communication. Proficiency with Procore and scheduling tools is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent overseeing ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Understanding of plans, specs, contracts and project scheduling.
• Ability to manage safety, quality, and field team performance on active sites.

Responsibilities

• Participate in job walks and lead site operations.
• Develop, monitor, and update the Master Schedule; generate weekly look-aheads.
• Oversee subcontractors for safety, schedule, quality, and workmanship.
• Review drawings/submittals for adherence to plans and specs; coordinate with PM.
• Maintain Procore-based daily logs and progress documentation.
