Job summary

Catalent is seeking a General Manager for its Manassas, Virginia site to translate business strategy into strong operational, financial, customer, and people results. This on-site leadership role oversees regulated manufacturing, partnering with Quality, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product Development to drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or operations within a regulated environment.
Experience in nutraceuticals, VMS, consumer health, food, pharmaceutical, or related manufacturing is preferred.
Strong financial acumen with exposure to P&L management, budgeting, forecasting and capital planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the Manassas site and execute the site strategy and business plan with accountability for operations, financials, quality, safety and people.
Provide hands-on leadership across the site and foster a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
Partner with the Site Leadership Team and functional leaders to develop and execute operating plans, budgets, revenue objectives and priorities.
Ensure capacity, capabilities and resources to meet customer demand and deliver reliable supply.
Represent the site with customers and senior leadership, collaborating across Quality, HR, Finance, Supply Chain and Product Development.
