Job summary

Catalent’s Manassas, VA facility seeks a General Manager to lead a regulated dietary supplements manufacturing site. You will translate business strategy into operational and financial results, oversee quality, safety, and people, and partner with Quality, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Product Development, and Commercial teams.

The role requires on-site leadership 5 days a week, a Bachelor's in a relevant field, 10+ years in regulated manufacturing, and a track record of driving continuous

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in regulated manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• Experience in nutraceuticals, VMS, consumer health, or pharma manufacturing preferred.
• Hands-on, on-site leadership style with matrixed organization experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Manassas site and execute the site strategy with accountability for operations, finance, quality, safety, and people performance.
• Develop and drive annual operating plans, budgets, revenue objectives, and priorities.
• Ensure capacity, resources, and operating discipline to meet customer demand and reliable supply.
• Foster safety, engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement while developing leaders.
