Catalent is seeking a Manager, Manufacturing Technical Operations in Harmans, MD to lead the Manufacturing Technical Operations group and support current and future manufacturing operations. You will ensure GMP compliance, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate technical transfer activities.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in a scientific, engineering, or biotech field with 6+ years GMP production/quality experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or biotech field with 8+ years GMP production/quality experience.

Responsabilidades

• Build, lead, and manage the Manufacturing Technical Operations group to support ongoing and future manufacturing operations.
• Manage interface with internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring on-time project and work completion; interact with clients on projects and presentations.
• Oversee daily activities for quality results, including performance management and timely completion of investigations, deviations, and CAPAs.
• Provide oversight of continuous improvement activities and Change Controls with measurable, site-aligned results.
• Support technology transfer teams by providing or coordinating manufacturing representation.
• Coordinate manufacturing document generation, BOM management, data analytics, scheduling, and suite readiness.
• Other duties as assigned.
