Job summary

Shaner Hotels seeks a dynamic General Manager to lead all hotel operations at the Seven at Sebring Hotel in Sebring, FL. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving profitability, and building a high-performing team.

You will collaborate with department leaders to maximize revenue and ensure adherence to corporate policies and brand standards. The GM will maintain community relationships, oversee scheduling, and ensure compliant operations across Front Office,

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) designation preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, payroll, purchasing, and cost controls.
• Experience with hotel PMS.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all hotel operations.
• Achieve and exceed financial goals, revenue targets, and budgets.
• Develop short- and long-range financial and operational objectives.
• Ensure payroll, purchasing, and expenses maximize profitability.
• Maintain compliance with policies and franchise standards.
• Lead and develop department managers and associates.
• Drive sales and marketing to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Monitor KPIs and improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Build community relations and oversee staff scheduling.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
