Shaner Hotels is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead all hotel operations at the Seven at Sebring Hotel in Sebring, FL. You will drive guest satisfaction, maximize revenue, and ensure adherence to Shaner's Core Values and franchise standards.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong financial acumen, and the ability to recruit, train, and retain high-performing teams while maintaining strong community relationships and a visible property presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive hospitality leadership experience, including hotel operations management.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all hotel operations.
• Achieve and exceed hotel financial goals, revenue targets, and budget expectations.
• Develop and execute short- and long-range financial and operational objectives aligned with company goals.
• Ensure payroll, purchasing, and expense controls are effectively managed to maximize profitability.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop department managers and associates to foster a positive, high-performing workplace.
• Promote a culture focused on exceptional guest service and operational excellence.
