Job summary

Shaner Hotels seeks a dynamic General Manager for the Seven at Sebring Hotel in Sebring, Florida. You will oversee all hotel operations, lead department heads, and drive guest satisfaction, profitability, and team engagement.

Reporting to corporate guidelines and brand standards, you will manage budget, revenue, payroll, and expense controls while maintaining service excellence and a strong community presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive hospitality leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• CHA designation preferred; strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all hotel operations.
• Achieve and exceed hotel financial goals, revenue targets, and budget expectations.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop department managers and associates.
• Lead the hotel's sales and marketing efforts with the Sales team to maximize occupancy.
