Job summary

A leading e-commerce and cloud company is seeking an Area Maintenance Manager. This position requires on-site presence and leads a team to ensure optimal operations in a fulfillment center. The role demands a bachelor's or master's in an engineering discipline, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments. Compensation ranges from $66,500 to $110,900 annually alongside benefits.

Qualifications

• Must complete degree requirements between May 2024 and August 2026.
• Expected to work weekends, holidays, and/or overnight shifts.
• Ability to lift and move up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of facilities associates in a maintenance environment.
• Support, mentor, and motivate direct report of Amazon Mechanical Technicians.
• Develop and design solutions to difficult problems.
