Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with degree requirements completed between May 2024 and August 2026.

Responsibilities

• Engage, lead, and develop the team in a warehouse environment.
• Support, mentor, and motivate 50-100 direct report Amazon Associates.
• Work independently in an autonomous environment.
• Stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
• Oversee truck deliveries and handle packages.
