Job summary

Buckeye Construction & Restoration (BCR) is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead field crews on commercial restoration projects. This hands-on leadership role requires guiding crews, coordinating with the Superintendent and Project Manager, and ensuring safety, quality, and production standards on active job sites.

The ideal candidate has masonry/restoration experience, 5+ years, 2+ years leading teams, OSHA 30 certification, and proficiency with Procore and office software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of masonry/restoration experience.
• 2+ years of leading field crews or construction teams.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Experience reading blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside crews of skilled tradespeople and laborers; plan daily activities and monitor productivity.
• Maintain short-term schedules and communicate manpower needs; train and mentor crew members.
• Submit daily timecards and production reports.
