Job summary

Buckeye Construction & Restoration (BCR) is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead field crews on commercial restoration projects. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety, and coordinate with supervision to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Expect travel to active sites and collaboration with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in masonry/restoration or related construction work.
• 2+ years leading field crews or construction teams.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specs and drawings.
• Experience managing crew productivity, schedules, and safety.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside skilled tradespeople and laborers.
• Plan daily activities, assign tasks, and monitor productivity.
• Maintain short-term schedules and communicate manpower needs.
• Train and mentor crew members while maintaining accountability.
• Submit daily timecards and production reports.
• Lead daily safety meetings; enforce OSHA requirements.
• Conduct jobsite safety inspections and document results.
• Ensure restoration work meets project specs and quality standards.
• Read blueprints and construction documents; interpret drawings.
• Coordinate with Superintendent and Project Manager on schedules, materials, and subcontractors.
• Monitor deliveries, tools, and equipment; complete daily reports and site photos in Procore.
