Job summary

MCIS is seeking a Foreman to oversee field crews in Point Pleasant, WV, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to project specifications. The role reports to the Site Superintendent and drives daily productivity, safety, and workmanship.

The Foreman supports the BIU framework by managing crew execution, tracking readiness, and providing real-time status updates on work, materials, and equipment, aligning field tasks with BIU objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Foreman, Lead, or Crew Supervisor in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews to complete tasks on time according to plans.
• Communicate daily assignments, goals, and safety expectations to the team.
• Provide hands‑on guidance, training, and mentorship to workers.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate crew activities with BIU leadership and site superintendent.
• Track manpower readiness, status updates, and progress in BIU updates.
• Support planning sessions to align crew tasks with schedules.
• Monitor performance against BIU standards and SOPs; enforce discipline.
• Assist in incident response by coordinating crew adjustments and contingencies.
• Identify risks at crew level and escalate to the Site Superintendent.
