Zusammenfassung

Mission Critical Interior Solutions, Inc (MCIS) seeks a Foreman to lead field crews on a Georgia project. You will coordinate daily tasks, enforce safety and quality standards, and ensure work aligns with BIU objectives.

Reporting to the Site Superintendent, you’ll drive productivity and timely delivery while mentoring crew members. You will supervise crew activities, manage resources, and communicate progress while complying with OSHA policies and project plans.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience as a Foreman, Lead, or Crew Supervisor in construction (mission-critical experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and OSHA safety practices
• Proven ability to supervise crews and coordinate activities within a BIU or team structure
• Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and construction documents

Aufgaben

• Lead and supervise field crews to ensure tasks are completed on time and according to plans and specifications
• Communicate daily assignments, goals, and safety expectations to team members
• Provide hands-on guidance, training, and mentorship to less experienced workers
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials
• Support Site Superintendent and BIU leadership by maintaining visibility of manpower, materials, and equipment needs
• Report crew readiness and progress into BIU updates, including daily accomplishments and challenges
• Participate in BIU planning sessions to align crew tasks with manpower laydowns and schedules
• Monitor crew performance against BIU standards and SOPs
• Assist in incident response by coordinating crew-level adjustments and contingency plans
• Assist Site Superintendent in coordinating subcontractor and BIU team activities to maintain workflow
• Track daily progress, reporting completed work, delays, material shortages, and issues
• Ensure materials are properly staged, stored, and installed
• Identify risks or conflicts and escalate promptly
