Job summary

MCIS Inc. is seeking a Foreman to oversee field crews on our Phoenix, AZ project sites. You will drive daily productivity, safety, and quality while reporting to the Site Superintendent.

The role includes coordinating with BIU to align crew tasks with manpower and schedules, and ensuring equipment and materials are available for uninterrupted work. You will supervise crew activities, enforce MCIS and OSHA safety policies, conduct toolbox talks, and participate in safety audits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Foreman or Crew Supervisor in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and OSHA safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews to complete tasks on time and per plans.
• Communicate daily assignments, goals, and safety expectations to the team.
• Provide hands-on guidance, training, and mentorship to less experienced workers.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Support BIU leadership with manpower, materials, and equipment updates.
