Zusammenfassung

Mission Critical Interior Solutions, Inc in Marietta, GA is seeking a Foreman to lead field crews on construction projects, driving safety, productivity, and quality on site. You will report to the Site Superintendent and help align crew work with BIU objectives.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, coordinating with subcontractors, managing materials and tools, enforcing OSHA safety, reading blueprints, and supporting incident response and project closeout.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience as a Foreman, Lead, or Crew Supervisor in construction (mission-critical experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and OSHA safety practices.
• Proven ability to supervise crews and coordinate activities within a BIU or team structure.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and construction documents.

Aufgaben

• Lead and supervise field crews to ensure tasks are completed on time and according to plans and specifications.
• Communicate daily assignments, goals, and safety expectations to team members.
• Provide hands-on guidance, training, and mentorship to less experienced workers.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Report crew readiness and progress into BIU operational updates and align with project schedules.
• Coordinate with Site Superintendent to manage subcontractor and BIU team activities and maintain workflow.
• Enforce MCIS and OSHA safety policies and conduct pre-task safety planning and toolbox talks.
