Mission Critical Interior Solutions, Inc is seeking a Foreman to lead field crews on construction projects, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence on site in Point Pleasant, WV.

Reporting to the Site Superintendent, you will coordinate crew tasks, monitor progress, manage materials and equipment, and drive BIU objectives while upholding OSHA policies. This role requires hands-on leadership and strong communication, with the ability to read blueprints and plans.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience as a Foreman, Lead, or Crew Supervisor in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and OSHA safety practices.
• Proven ability to supervise crews and coordinate activities within BIU or team structures.
• Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and construction documents.

• Identify risks at crew level and escalate to the Site Superintendent.
