Kilcoy Global Foods North America is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily on-site operations in Mundelein, IL. You will manage staffing, schedules and workflow to ensure safety, quality and efficiency, while coaching team members and coordinating with quality, maintenance and logistics.

The role emphasizes adherence to food safety standards, continuous improvement, and effective cross-functional communication in a fast-paced meat/protein processing environment.

Formación

• Strong supervisory skills including team leadership, coaching and performance management.
• Experience with production schedules and production planning to align resources, timelines and orders.
• Production management capabilities including daily operations, quality, safety and process improvements.
• Clear and effective communication for coordinating with cross-functional teams and frontline staff.
• Experience in food manufacturing, meat or protein processing is beneficial.
• Knowledge of food safety, HACCP and workplace safety standards preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in operations/manufacturing is an advantage.
