Role Description The Production Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Mundelein, IL. This role oversees daily production activities, ensuring that workflows, staffing, and equipment usage meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards. The Production Supervisor coordinates production schedules, monitors output, and addresses operational issues to maintain continuous and reliable production. Responsibilities include guiding and coaching production team members, enforcing food safety and workplace safety protocols, and collaborating with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to meet customer and regulatory requirements. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, implementing process improvements, and supporting training and development initiatives on the production floor.
