Kilcoy Global Foods North America is seeking a Team Lead in Mundelein, IL to provide daily leadership, direction, and support to team members while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient operation.

You will proactively identify and analyze problems and implement corrective actions to improve performance, ensuring GMPs and food safety standards are met in a cold production environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a food production environment preferred.
• Ability to assist operators in problem solving with sound judgement.
• Knowledge of GMPs, SPC, HACCP, OSHA, and USDA regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily visual walk around inspections of equipment to observe for unsafe acts or conditions and address hazards.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures, including lockout/tag out.
• Ensure products meet customer quality standards.
• Observe and maintain sanitation and food safety standards in the work area.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.
