Kilcoy Global Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead team members in a meat manufacturing setting, ensuring top operational performance, quality, and food safety. You will drive KPIs and support Ruprecht’s culture and strategic initiatives.

The role requires HACCP, SQF/PCQI familiarity, and 3–5 years in the food industry, with strong leadership and communication skills. Flexible schedule; on-site work environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Meat Science, Animal Science, or related field is preferred.
• Must be HACCP Certified and have demonstrable knowledge of Food Safety
• Trained in SQF and PCQI, preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the food industry
• Must be flexible with schedule
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Analytical skills and communication ability
• Knowledge of HACCP, USDA regulations, GMPs, Quality Assurance, and Food Microbiology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• English speaking is a must; Spanish is a Plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead team members and line leads within a meat manufacturing environment.
• Ensure FSQA programs (SQF, HACCP, sanitation, pest control, GMPs) are followed to meet USDA/FDA requirements.
• Coordinate QA and RTE/ cooked operations quality initiatives.
• Investigate complaints and deviations; identify root cause and corrective actions.
• Communicate QA holds and ensure cross-functional adherence to procedures.
• Evaluate product disposition during quality deviations and risk assessments.
• Oversee pre-operational checks and environmental monitoring; drive improvements.
• Identify process opportunities and collaborate on solutions.
• Work with QA Director on product assessments and evaluations.
• Support audits by 2nd and 3rd parties.
