The Role

New York, New York. Crafty’s Food & Beverage Associates are the face of our in‑office Concierge pantry program. They lead client‑site execution daily, supporting merchandising, inventory management, and equipment upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising: Own office kitchens and pantries, perform expiration checks, rotate products.
• Customer Service: Engage with clients and Crafty teammates onsite, delivering high‑quality service.
• Maintenance & Inventory: Perform routine machine maintenance, quality control, and inventory task lists.
• Communication: Escalate needs or safety concerns to manager and complete pre/post route paperwork.

• Task Ownership: Complete daily task lists with 95% shift success, measured via Tableau.
• Quality Control: Maintain ≥95% on all QC checks quarterly.
• Client Satisfaction: Support all client requests weekly with manager/site point of contact.
