• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet operations management.
• Proven experience managing a diverse vehicle fleet and a team of drivers and mechanics.
• In-depth knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and regulatory compliance in the transportation industry.
• Strong understanding of fleet management software and related technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all daily activities of the fleet operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage vehicle maintenance schedules, repairs, and inspections to ensure optimal vehicle condition and safety.
• Develop and implement fleet policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant transportation laws and regulations.
• Manage driver performance, including scheduling, training, and monitoring adherence to company policies.
• Control operational costs, including fuel consumption, maintenance expenses, and administrative overhead.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel usage, maintenance, and repair history.
• Source and manage relationships with external service providers for maintenance and repairs.
• Implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance fuel economy.
• Ensure the safety and security of all vehicles and cargo.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and sales, to meet operational needs.
